The completion of work on the doctoral dissertation and its defense is considered a fundamental study obligation.
A student can proceed to the defense of the doctoral dissertation after completing all other study obligations.
With a successful defense of the doctoral dissertation, the student earns an additional 30 credit points and thus successfully completes the doctoral study program.
