Raziskovalni interesi

  • Mineralna prehrana rastlin: proučevanje privzema in kopičenja elementov, ki primanjkujejo v prehrani živali (Fe, Zn, Ca, Se, I, Cu in Mg)
  • Lokalizacija elementov: uporaba na rentgenski fluorescenci temelječa analiza za lokalizacijo elementov v rastlinskih tkivih in vezavne oblike elementov.
  • Hiperakumulacija in toleranca na težke kovine: opis tolerančnih mehanizmov rastlin, ki kopičijo nenormalne koncentracije elementov (predvsem težkih kovin)
